I used a kettlebell . I held it low today. I mix it up a fair bit though

Roasted bison tenderloin, with garlic / horseradish sauce, roast yukon potatoes and creamed spinach, winter green salad with lemon vinaigrette. Nothing special.
I was out to fuck myself up today!

I like them as a warmup, gets the blood pumping, throw them in for some muscle confusion and get the metabolism fired up.

When i am running short on time they enable me to get more done, or at least I feel like I am getting more done! Good nervous system training I find, gets the h.r up…fucks with your head a fair bit as well, which is half the fun, for me anyway. i am a little off I will admit.

Wow, I can’t imagine using anything but a bare Oly bar for Zercher squats.

And those ring push ups are awesome.
Do you work out at home?

Yes, i have a little setup in the garage, a tractor tyre in the yard, sometimes i get to use the gym @ work if things aren’t hectic.
It’s not the pushups but the hold @ the end thats the killer, holding in a variety of different positions to mix up the stress.

Ah, then I am so jealous.
