Besides, the wheels are pathetic, so just picture a pair of skinny legs and you’ll have the complete picture :slight_smile: My thighs and glutes were pretty good when I was powerlifting actually. I had turnip-thighs though.

step 3:hike up boxers
step four: take photo
step five: plug camera into computer
step six: upload image to T-Nation

and turn the lights on when you take the new pics.

So you admit your legs are skinny, you admit your back needs work, so your rating of 6.7 on this “Rate My Physique” forum is solely based on your arms, chest, and shoulders. Is that right? I think not.

Why don’t they just create a forum especially formulated for guys who don’t train legs or anything else intensively besides their (front)upper body, but still want to be rated? Hmm, there’s and idea.

I guess the title of your thread “Time to Get My Ass Kicked,” is perfect =}

I don’t think that is correct. I did post a picture of my back, so I guess people have taken that into consideration when rating me.

I didn’t realize how hostile some people are on this part of the site. Apparently it’s very offensive that I’ve not posted a leg-pic, and that my kcal-intake is very low. Oh well :slight_smile:
Anyway, I’ll post a leg picture soon. I actually don’t own a digital camera, so I’ll have to borrow one (again).

I trained my legs today (after recieving death threats from my fellow T-Nation members due to my admitted lack of leg mass), and I was actually pleasantly surprised. The calves didn’t look too bad and I actually have some visible vascularity going on. Not much, but it’s there. Of course, I don’t expect you to take my word for it, so I will post pictures soon.

Just saw your pics and I will say it motivated me to hit my workout tonight a little harder then I was planning. Great upper body development.

Yeah, they need to be brought up. However, I do not like the turnip-thigh look, so I will not build my adductors to a great degree unless my quads can keep up. Look at the picture I posted of Vince Gironda. That’s the look I’d like to have. I think Vince weighed about 175lbs at the time the photo was taken.

His legs aren’t that small though… it’s just that the picture was taken from far away[/quote]

You’re right, they’re not small. What I like about them is the fact that the distal thigh is almost as thick as the proximal thigh.

My recommendation is pullovers, even (if you have access to it) machine pullovers. I use a Nautilus at my local gym, and it’s the only machine that I regularly use in my workouts.

It is great for you if you are biceps dominant and need to bring your back up… it sort of takes the arms out of the picture. Maybe pre-exhaust with machine pullovers and then work on more serious back stuff (chins, rows, etc.) to hit the back hard and leave the biceps out of it.

Im very shocked that you are able to even retain the muscle mass you have eating like that.

There are many great articles on here which will help to explain to you how to diet down properlly without starving yourself of the nutrients that you need on a day to day basis.
