After a pretty long bulk, im ready to shed some bodyfat. I’m just about to purchase a power rack thanks for the responses i got from my previous post ive found the one i want. Ill post some before and after pics a little later but just wanted to know what would be a good routine to preserve as much musclemass as i shed away some pounds.
currently my split is a 4 day a week
chest/tris
back/bis
delts
legs
squat - 315
dead 380
bench 275
no numbers on the diet usually eat every 2-3 hours with a good amoutn of protein some carbs and veggies.
edited the bench havent maxed in bench in a year and it was 275 back then so ill stay there, same for squat but u get the idea… my squat is def. more than my bench im not those bench all day long and do abs type of people. sorry for the confusion pics will be up soon*

Why is your bench bigger than your squat?
T-dawg 2.0 is a good diet program, and its pretty simple, too. Although, you say no numbers for your diet… keep a good log. Its the most helpful thing you can have while cutting and bulking, too, for that matter.
