Joe the front raise part wasn’t bad, it was the travel to side that killed me. But it felt a little better at the end of the 3rd set. Maybe not so bad next time.

Had to rest every minute on the last round, maybe 10-15 seconds.

The 2:27 was just to get to 500 meters. I had to keep stopping during the 4 and 2 min rounds to catch my breath. I will give this a go for a few weeks then get back to the bell

Yeah, no idea why they had to change a perfectly good system. I used to develop web sites and they’d kick my butt if I put in something they didn’t like.
That’s the problem with growing old. You start realizing many changes people make are for the worse instead of better. No idea why that is.

Joe, I understand your hatered of the split squat. But you also have to do the things yu dnt liek to get better. I need to start doing overhead squats. I have always been scared of them and I dont know why. But, that time is soon to be over.

Have you tried Skull Crushers with an EZ Curl bar? Thats the only way I have ever done them.
Thanks Embo, I was doing the with the ex-curl, I just tried something different. I think I am going to change this to a behind the head DB Press. FG stands for Fat Gripz.

Well after a couple of days of sloth, one needed, and some bad sleeping habbits; today just sucked. I could tell during my warmup that this wasn’t going to be my day. And I was right. I hit my numbers on the squat but no movement forward. I even bailed on the B.S.S’s and invverted rows. Just a bad day to be alifter today. Hopefully next week gets better.

user, I havn’t been at this long but I’ve already found that some of my best workouts follow some of my worst…Hope this is the case for you too.
Just caught up. Nice gym and palatial living quarters. Glad to see you’re sticking with it.
You know Embo, usually that’s right. That day it just wasn’t there. It happens. So I will use the same numbers from last cycle and work on depth.
Thanks HEL. The gym looks better in photos than real life. Everything is very crammed together. Good news is they are building a larger one just in front, and supposed to get new equipment. Maybe a real power rack even. And as far as the living quarters go… Yes, they are palatial.
