MP seems to be slowing down. I dont thinhk I could have gotten my 155 from last time. But my BBB was a PR. I guess I’ll give it another cycle and see how I do. Might be time to reset that one.

I have to put my hands all the way out on the collars when doing back squats. Tates don’t put the arms over the head so much when working the tris, give them a tri :confused:

Thanks Bulldog, I was impressed with myself. My squat has always been negelected, not anymore. HEL, I think I will give the Tates a tri(yes, that was bad). It seems to be done from an incline posistion.

Grip gave a bit at the top of my last dead. Not sure how long you are supposed to stay in a lockout for a dead to count. I think I got about 1 second, which prolly isnt enough.
And yes, I realize that a BWx2 chinup is not that great compared to wahts going on around here, but I haven’t
ever been able to do one. Closer and closer to the 1000 pound club. Cant wait to see what I can in the squat.

All this time I have been worrying about my squat depth, but today, I think my bench depth is not good. While I was benching I know I got my arms to parallel, but not down to my chest. So my 290 isnt a PR. I think I will take myself back to 270 and hope I can get good depth on it. I brought my BBB set down to my chest and felt a huge stretch. I hope to only lose 20 pounds on my bench and make it back up quickly. It’s not the end, but it does set me back in quest for a 1000.

Wow after comparing the photos, I know I have had some phsique change but looking at the photos, maybe not. I can tell my clothes are fitting differently, but I guess the camera doesnt lie. Need to keep up on the cardio.

hell your mid section looks beter then my fat ass.

Maybe Bulldog, bit you are gettin up a lot more weight than I am.

It was a bitch today. Maybe I ahve slacked off on my cardio too much, but this time I really wanted to quit, but didnt. I just took long breaks during and between exercises. I ordered the Insanity workout which I am going to start using. I think I will drop to my 35lb bell for this and the other two days do Insanity. should be interesting.

Going to up the volume a bit on my main lifts this cycle see how it feels. first time doing skull crushers, going to play weights and rep scheme.

Just not the best day lifting. Weights felt heavy, not real motivated, chins just sucked. But on the plus side, I really like the trap bar deads. Does anyone know if the standard trap bar weighs 45lbs?

Started doing the skull crushers myself recently. I bring the bar down behind my head as suggested somewhere on the site here. Really feel them on the inside of the tri.

I was just going to the forehead, I will try behind the head as well.

Shoulders hurt a bit on Tates. I think I will have to drop the weight some to let them catch up.
Also not sure of the position on those, if I am supposed to be at an incline or flat, or if it really matters.
working with a reset of a 270 max to get make sure I am getting the bar all the way down to my chest.

Looking trim USN. I may have missed it but how much weight have you lost? Your workouts are looking just like mine…oh yeah we’re 5/3/1 brothers.
