Time Crunch!

I am going to make this a quicky even…

I am an engineering student in some of my most intense classes at the moment and I am in a transition from classes to an internship. Between classes and trying to learn a companies ins and outs, pertaining to the job they expect me to know the second I walk in, I am running extremely low on free time.

Basically I was wondering if someone could throw me some good links or just general ideas of a workout program that would benefit me in my current state. I have trolled over these forums a ton, but none of the topics I read lately really help.

Here is a little info. about myself if it matters.

Height: 5’9"
weight: 150lbs.
BF %: 5-6% (rough estimate)
supplements: protein powder and
muscle milk

my workout schedule is somewhat random but for the most part I do a 3 way schedule where I do:
day 1: chest and arms
day 2: back and shoulders
day 3: legs
aerobically I swim 3-4 days a week.

this is not entirely accurate but I am trying to rail this out…

also I know the weight is low and I currently went through a break-up w/ my fiance’ cheating on me so I havent been sleeping/eating till a week ago so I am in the stages of eating everything I see. (lost about 15lbs)

back to the point.
Any helpful suggestions would be terrific!

Josh

This may sound weird, but I actually enjoy a workout that is short and to the point

How much time do you have p/ workout?

sorry for the slow reply…

I have about 45mins per day to work out and I have pretty much cut out the aerobic workouts already.

You can easily do two or three full-body workouts in 45 minutes and make wonderful gains.

Stick with some basic stuff. Hit it and get out. Vary the reps/sets every few weeks.

Example:

Day 1:
Back Squat
Bench Press
Barbell Row

Day 2:
Power clean + front squat
Jerk or overhead press
Weighted Chins

Day 3:
Deadlift
Incline, decline or close-grip bench
Power shrugs
