Occasionally I do a leg curl and extension only day. Usually spurred by pain or old age in general. I tweaked something in my lower back so did this instead of squatting today

Lying inc extensions 125x15 sets hold at top on last 1/2

Did the trifecta calves again and then the “every dam day biceps” as well. Today starts week 2 of every dam day biceps. Enjoying this as a change up and getting a incredible pump from the 10 sets. Then did my own variation of some meadows triceps
The corona has slightly altered my work and will be going in much earlier this week. May have to do some fasted training a couple days and thinking taking 2 days off maybe tue n thur. We will just burn the bridges as we get to them
Day off training and new work schedule kinda fucked my eating up …tomorrow will be better…
