How those calves looking? Mine start carrying a little pump after a few weeks of actually training them consistently
Pretty pathetic even at 235 and 6’4” and not fat lol but I’m givin’em hell. Hoping the new meadows torture helps. I’ve done crazy amounts of sets in the past but was guilty of bouncing and not holding at top. Trying to keep myself in the torture zone to bring them up.
I’m gonna start the BICEPS EVERY DAM DAY program real soon too and torture them together
Get those biceps and calves to look the same, and all of life’s problems will be solved!

Every session for the next 4 weeks will start w:

Then regular body part for that day
Cardio will be eliminated for the 4 weeks
