I don’t keep up with golf so but Sportscenter just played a clip of him and he’s a pretty big dude, especially for a golfer. I remember years ago he was all skinny.
I wonder what his training consist of.

I think he goes about 200-210 these days. The man is an incredible golfer and redefined the sport.
CBS Sportsline says that he’s 185lbs. He’s a great golfer and made golf a game no longer just for retired people.
Can anyone post pics/vids? i havent seen him since this old documentery i saw last summer in the airplane caus i was bored
He’s been in pretty good shape for some time now. Aside from that, Tiger can suck it.

I’d rather post one of his wife.

He worked out in my gym last summer for a few days. Saw him there three or four times, working out with his trainer. 185 is pushing it; he’s by no means big or exceptional. Not a chance he’s 200 - 210. His workout looked like a lot of unilateral stuff with very manageable weight.
The guy is lean, flexible and athletic. And yeah, he is world’s ahead, physique wise, from the bulk of his competition. But no way anybody with a clue would consider him jakked or ripped.
Anyway, seems like a good guy, based upon my very limited interaction with him.

The bulk. You’re a funny guy there TJ.
I saw him recently on espn. Looks like his back to his normal weight.
I’ve heard several times he can bench 315, so he is pretty strong as well.
Not his wife…but she’s still hot.

That is his wife, Elin Nordegren, and yes she is hot!

No, that photo shoot was not of Tiger’s wife. It’s Kim Hiott, former Playboy model. Someone was passing it around the net as Nordegren a few years ago and it spread like wildfire; but, it was just a hoax:
I know Wikipedia isn’t always the most reliable source, but this time it’s legit.
I’ve also heard he can bench 300 lbs.
Pretty impressive-
I’m pretty sure Elin Nordegren is his wife-

Yes, Elin Nordegren IS his wife. However, that’s not a picture of her. Therefore, that picture is not of his wife, Elin Nordegren.
I’ve walked by him a couple of times – he likes to eat at PF Changs in UTC during the Buick week. I’m a little taller than him and he’s clearly in good shape – he has a typical athletic (read:v-shape) build and walks with the confidence of a multi-millionaire who’s the best (ever) at what he does. His arms have mass but aren’t huge, and he has some thickness.
The real revelation was how big Stevie (his caddy) is. Stevie’s big. So were Tiger’s bodyguards. Yikes. I’m a big guy, but Tiger’s entourage made him (and me) look small in comparison.
No doubt who the boss is, though.
Yeah, Tiger has looked like he’s been mixing in some deadlifts for awhile now.
Of course, we’re always seeing him next to the average PGA pro so he prob ends up looking even more impressive by default.
