Eric, did you write the cool tip about training for lower back endurance on the hyperextention using isometric pauses?

If yes, can you elaborate on this type of training for the lb?

BCAA, although glutamine can be effective in higher doses in clinical situations. They can be used together with good effects - especially when you plan on waiting until post-training to take in your Surge. This situation might be present if you’re doing some energy systems work, for instance.

I believe that was Mike Robertson, and I’m not sure that he was even relating it as a training recommendation, but rather as a test of lower back endurance (as recommended by Craig Liebenson).
