Hello Christian i’ve been following T nation work trough years keep on going great stuff.
Want to give power training a bit more space in my workouts, just bought VBT device (Vitruve) and after longer search found Bully Glyders which can be used like Smith.
Im a bit more explosive in lifts all ready try bands and chains in westside style, that type of training have some benefits if its used correctly. Now want to work on power without accommodating resistance and think throw and jumps are best. Some coaches say that BPT can accelerate trough 90% of concentric so power output is higher and muscle activation should be better than in standard acceleration work. What i think is to do that work in standar 8/10x3, 10/12x2,… 5x5 with longer rest which show results for some people like Sam Byrd,… or maybe to just singles without eccentric elastic enegy part prior to concentric.
