How many rest days you taking per week?
I like that trying it twice thing! Do the same thing myself sometimes. Everyone says you shouldnāt miss lifts in training but sometimes I wonder if itās just them looking for excuses not to take it into the red zone from time to time. Gives you a clear idea where you stand and makes you unafraid of going for a PR every now and again.
none right now. when I go back to DC Iāll do it as written and only train 3x per week.
