I threw well. I got an odd injury, I’ll talk later, but I did a good job with the discus, 163’ and a some other solid marks. Not my best efforts, but I think I did myself proud. It is a hard event, but I really like it.

It was a good time to be able to watch Dan and the other guys throw. Even though we didn’t all throw our best, it was well worth it to get to throw some iron around and shoot the breeze with the fellas. Sometimes it isn’t all about lifetime bests, but doing the very best you can on that given day and having a blast doing so.
Great job Dan, looking forward to competing at the same meet again sometime soon.
