Good evening, coach. I just bought the plan in subject line and I’m excited to get started. But I first have a couple of questions. You mention in the “Rest Between Sets” to rest 2-3 minutes between the main work set and the following back-off set. What is the back-off set and where is it in each 6-week plan? Finally, in the Intensity-based Hypertrophy plan, I understand Week One. But the subsequent weeks are a little confusing. Do I just ignore the work sets as written (5-8 at 100% to failure then 6-10 at 80%) and follow the instructions for that particular week?
