Best Workout Plan: Use All Three Techniques in Phase 1?

Hi Coach Christian, as I’m new to your plan and getting ready to start the program, I’m confused in Phase 1 section where you have three items to follow. Am I supposed to incorporate all three methods of Heavy Slow Eccentric, Isometric Pre-Fatigue and Slow Iso-Kinetic Contractions at the same time for Phase 1?

You do all 3 of those methods on different days throughout the week.

So on Mon and Tues, it’s heavy slow eccentrics on every movement.
Wed and Thurs are ISO Pre fatigues on every lift.

Then on Fri and Sat it’s the ISO-Kinetics on every lift those days.
