HT, I agree Wendler is the man.
Back was great today. Only really hurts when I do squats. I have come to hate squats.

You have been really squatting and DLing hard, Eco, among other movements. Can you get in a few days of rest for your lower back?

That’s a tough session ecogenx!

You’ll get that 525 next time!

Stretching and just lying on the floor for awhile and my back is usually fine. Been this way for a long time. Next week is a deload week. Always surprising that squats hurt my back while deads are fine. Must be my hip flexors are just way tight.

Nice work E!Keep hammering away and 525 will break the floor to lockout!

Or could it be tight hip extensors/Hamstrings causing you to round your back once you hit depth?

525 will fall.

skid, you’re probly right. Just gonna keep stretching.

9/3 gym
bench 305x5,350x3,390x1, 205 5sets 10 reps
db row 90 5 sets 10 reps
ez bar curl 5 sets 10 reps

Got up early and hit the gym. I wanted to get a lift off with 350 and 390. What a difference a lift off makes.

Damn…390 damn strong eco…

That’s ‘lift off’ as in self-propelled Saturn rocket, buddy.

You truly are Iron Man!

my belly may beg to differ Galaxie. But thank you.

Good damn liftin’. If You’ve been doing touch and goes with no bounch you shouldn’t see too drastic a lose in weight with a pause.

Thank you hel.

Very nice work!!

Dude - you need to some stuff with more adjectives in it to get really strong.

I’m tellin’ ya.

Great bench, mr. ecogenx.
