Folks, I am a strong believe in brief, serious bouts of dieting as I have a tremendous amount of trouble gaining muscle and if I diet too long (or even too hard), I lost it.
I am looking at a 3-week cutting cycle as follows:
- 2 weeks of Clen… Dosing pattern 2 tabs/day, 3x/day, 4, 5, 6 for 6 days, then 5, 4, 3, 2
- 3 weeks of T3… 12.5 for 3 days, 25 for 3 days, 50 for 15 days, 25 for 3 days, 12.5 for 3 days
- Follow up the Clen with ECA, past the end of the cycle
- Take Mag-10 at 2/3 dose for the 3 weeks and follow up with M/Tribex for 2 weeks after
I want to cut calories to 700 below maintenance, up cardio somewhat over my norm, and do Meltdown I.
The goal here is to drop 5 lbs. of fat and retain all the lean I’ve got.
