Thought I'd share a recipe

Since we’re all looking for variation in our diets, I’ve got a pretty good (at least I think) variation on our old fave - tuna salad.

1 can tuna 1 celery stick, finely chopped 1 carrot, grated 1/4-1/2 finely chopped green pepper 2-3 small pickles, sweet or dill 3-5 pepperonicinis, diced 1 tsp mayo 2-3 tsp plain nonfat yogurt 1 tsp stone ground mustard 1 boiled egg, chopped 1 fistful Cilantro, finely chopped, stems and all (this is my secret ingredient)

The taste is absolutely unbelieveable and when fixed with the dill pickles is a great sub for the Mess O Greens salad for those on a T-dawg diet.
