I know this guy has been mentioned here before, but this picture is just crazy. Look at TJ’s arms. Looks like he’s been spending a little time with Boston and Poliquin again :-). I know they were lifting buddies back in the day.

Wait…so he does curls?
An NFL running back has well developed biceps. This is news to you?

No way, just squats and deadlifts. Bicep curls don’t build the biceps, despite the foolish name of the exercise.
You obviously have a lot to learn about building muscle Prof.
Man, I bet he can curl the 40 lb dumbbells.

No, I decided to post a pretty impressive picture of a player from my favorite team on a site dedicated to weightlifting. If it doesn’t interest you, move along. No one cares about your smart-ass comments.
You post a fan boy type picture containing about as much groundbreaking information as a picture of a blue sky and you open yourself up to smart ass comments.

Where did I say anything about groundbreaking information; you think every post on this site has to be “informative”?
Did you happen to notice this is in the Get a Life (Off Topic) section? Sometimes people just post about things/people/events they find interesting.
Nice try though.

see, i get it. this is quite funny. i hope the rest of you *ssholes are laffing too.
actually though, the curls at my gym build the low back more than the biceps … you’d have to see it.
Pfft, Synthol.
Next!

The dude is jacked. Juiced or not- it’s damned impressive.

You’re a negative fuck. Since when does a thread have to be informative?
Let’s go through some of the recent popular threads which contain no groundbreaking information…
Now let’s have a look through some of the threads you have dabbled in…
and the list goes on.
Quit trolling and fuck off.
To the OP - Fuck the naysayers. That pic is impressive as hell - definitely fired me up to train later today
Rob
Same guy in both pics?

Easy killer. Even among the NFL, physiques like this stand out. There’s no harm in posting a picture of it.
This is also why I say that running backs are some of the best all around athletes there are. This guy is massive, but still probably runs a 4.4 40, and can carry 30 times a game. Insane.
The NFL scouts’ biggest knock on Jones out of college was that he was too small and might not take a pounding in the league. He obviously took those statements to heart.
I think that second guy is Michael Pittman of the Bucs.

I thought it was Pittman but wasn’t sure. Is Thomas Jones related to Julius Jones of Dallas I think? I remember hearing or seeing them together at a game.
Da…Bears, Da Bears Da Bears Da Bears Da Bears Da Bears Da Bears.
Here’s to what’s shaping up to be a good season!
