he wont have trouble getting laid.
Wow the double blocks were impressive
I’m jelous. What an awesome kid
Never saw the vid posted before, but seen one of that some kid doing db bench with the 20’s or 30’s. To be that age and have that level of strength and definition is insane.
Look through all the comments LOL. Dad taught his kid to be strong in some body weight exercises and you got every myth and bullshit being spread through there.
Some examples
that kid is going to be a fucked up individual. growth plates are going to be torn. he prob doesnt even love what he does.
feeding your child steriods can have some very negative side effects later in life AHEM FUTURE WIFE BEATER ahem

this kids parents should be ashamed of themselves for not giving this kid a childhood. this is how you end up like michael jackson. Let this child ACTUALLY be a child and dont train him at age 3 to be superman.
LOL

What he’s not showing you is that every night this kid is given a sword, gets thrown in a pit, and battles other 4 year olds to the death. Then, during the day, he is chained to a gigantic wheel that he has to push around in a circle all day long, in all kinds of weather. In time, his victories will not be easily counted, and if you ask him what is good in life, he’ll say, “to crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of the women.”
This ones epic though!
Holy Crap! Sounds like Eastern Europe so not surprising if dads throwing some special supps in the kids wheaties. Jumping around like a ninja and incredible feats of strength at that age, somethings up.
D
Eh, well you have to feel like this kid is trained pretty hard to be four and doing that shit. But as long as his parents aren’t spending hours and hours a day getting him to do it at the expense of his childhood then whatever, let me him be a badass. I mean spartans trained young boys right, they seemed pretty badass. But either way it’s pretty impressive.
That was very impressive, although I have to wonder if most of the people that write comments for these things are either 14 years old or living under a rock or something. Anyone that has experienced themselves or involved their child in a sport from a very early age can see how quickly they pick it up and what young children are capable of.
I could do similar “amazing feats” as a very young child, and although I didn’t have that level of leanness and muscularity, I was aware of other kids who did.
It’s simply a matter of not coddling your children until they are a squishy useless blob of nothing. Children are much stronger and more resilient than western culture gives them credit for.

Bullshit. You did not know any 4 year olds who did back flips of of tables and planche pushups, and you sure as fuck didn’t know any 4 year olds with an 8-pack and striations in their shoulders, and out of all that you definitely weren’t doing any of that shit.
I’m pretty sure that kind of training that young actually CAN mess you up pretty bad, but it depends on what they have him doing on a daily basis. And it also depends on what kind of diet they have the kid on.
Has anybody heard of little hercules? I think he benched 210 at age 6, but he pretty much grew into a midget. I for one am glad I got to be a little kid.
Is that HolyMac as a tator tot?

Think they found little Hecules to be a lot older than they claimed during all of his “feats”.
Hey, this could turn into a functional vs absolute strength debate.
Define strong? Strong for his body weight, yes. Strong enough to overhead press 100 lbs, probably not.
Regardless, I bet he can’t dunk a basketball, so what good are all his feats?

Just because it hasn’t been filmed and put onto the internet for you to watch doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
Maybe you shouldn’t project your own preconceived limitations and expectations onto other people that may have a different background of experiences from you. Me and my siblings were all pushed into gymnastics and martial arts from a very early age. Yes I have seen kids that age with abs, that can perform acrobatic stunts, and yes I could do flips among other things before turning 6 years old.
Grow up dude.

Martial arts? Gymnastics? My dad was a 4th degree blackbelt in American TKD [also boxed] and ran a karate studio all through his twenties, so I grew up around it too. Yeah, there are kids with abs but nowhere near the level of definition and muscularity this kid displays. He has clear definition between his delts, bis and tris. You or no one you knew could do anything close to this. Also if there were more kids doing shit like this of course it would be on youtube. That’s why people are making a big deal out of it. That is not normal.
That’s pretty kewl.

Oh that’s right I forgot, you know me and are familiar with all the intimate details of my life.
Do you even read what you write before you hit “submit”?
Come on, you must be more intelligent than this?
Fuck him Im not impressed annoying little fuck.
Little Hercules did not bench 210 at 6 years old, trust me. I’m sure by now he’d hold the WR in the bench press…
