The male World Champion Ironman, Norman Stadler.
As promised, here are the photos from this weekend’s Kona World Championship Iroman. The Ironman rocked! And those athletes swam, biked and ran in extremely hot, humid weather amongst hot, black lava rock and ashpault. Amazing!

This one’s for PGA…we stayed on the golf course in Waikoloa…
The Ironman is unbelievable. I always watch it on tv when I get the chance. I’m jealous you get to be there in person!
I think, on my best day, I might be able to pull off the swim or the bike, but I’d never in my wildest dreams get even close to the running, let alone doing all three in a row. Sick.
For PGA200X…(not sure if the other golf photo went through)…the Waikoloa Golf course, our room was right on the course.

Really. So truly inspiring as well. There were several Physically Challenge Triathletes too. So Amazing.

I feel bad…the amenity for us was FREE GOLF, but we didn’t use it, as we were there for the TRI…I know some others like PGA would have went apesh*t over the free golf!

Helga…there were many Aussies in the race, what great athletes! And Michellie was such a Gracious winner! She’s so awesome!
