Thinking of Starting TRT Before Having Gyno Removed

Im thinking of starting TRT but have some gyno that wont go away naturally,
Would It be better to have it removed before starting the TRT or could the TRT help it as at the moment I have low free T 9.19ng/mL maybe this is causing the gyno from hormone in balance??
Also my prolactin is slightly elevated 14ng/ML

Trt likely won’t make any difference. What will make a gigantic difference in your results from surgery is getting as lean as possible so they are able to get all of the glandular tissue & fat deposits. The more body fat you have the less of a chance they’ll remove all the glands which elevates the possibility of gyno reoccurring.

Your prolactin is not elevated.

Im 10 percent body fat now and stay between 10 and 15 percent year round, I just got hard glandular lumps underneath the nipples wich are sensitive to touch,
Theres not really fat there, I think will need only gland removed,

What gear have you used? Something from the nandrolone group?

No I used testosterone primobolan dbol
I done a pct aswell,
Weird thing is I done a pct for the first time and then I have all these issues,
I done many cycles before with no pct and was perfect after,

Strange, I wonder which of these has caused the prolactin

I’d start TRT and get hormones normalized first. I say this because i found a bad clinic for my first year and they made my minimal childhood gyno worse with a shitty protocol. Yours may get worse before it stabalizes, you don’t want to have to have the surgery twice.

Ps. if you live in the north east, i can recommend a really good gyno surgeon.

I developed mild gyno, prior to TRT, due to tanked T levels. My E2 was 12 at the time. Once I raised T, the gyno improved. It hasn’t gone away completely but it is easily 50% or more better than before.

Ok thanks for sharing your experience with this Il have a look at the options

Your not the first person iv heard say this,
That there gyno improved after introducing more testosterone,
I saw a video with you and Dr. Lichten were he says something like that aswell,
My total T is 708
But my free T is 9.19ng/dL
Shbg 67
Bioavailable testosterone 233ngdL
What do you think about my current hormones?

Thanks J

Are you on TRT or no?

No Im not on TRT yet

But wouldn’t my natural T get suppressed to the point of it of putting my total T low ?
And in the end complete shut down

@j.lee I’m sorry, I replied before I read what you wrote. You can’t take proviron as it will indeed suppress your natural T.

How old are you?

No problem buddy,
Im 28 years old,
Done a few steroid cycles over the years,
But I think iv always had this low free T and high shbg,
But I cant say for sure as I only started getting blood work the past 2 years

Only thing you could do really is get on TRT to get free T raised… though expect to have to use quite a healthy dose (minimum 200mg a week).

Ok does boron and all them other things they say lowers shbg not work ?
Another member told me even if I lower my shbg naturally that would make my total T on the lower end,
Is that correct?

Nothing stopping you from trying it.

Very true,
