Some good info above, here is some additional.
Realize some don’t need to run half a gram to get lvls up. If you keep the lvls lower and you cycle you will keep more of your gains. Good hard training and proper diet are the key, you can take all the stuff in the world and if you don’t train right and eat right it wont help. If you are going to stay on forever blast for 12 then cruze.
Also remember as your red blood cells increase so does the thickness of the blood making stroke more likely. So make sure to donate. It will help with the tiredness.
Blood tests for me are if i am doing 3 c a week. 4 weeks out i lower down to1 get tested. Good to go. The doc has you on so your lvls should be higher than your first baseline. It can take up to a full year after coming off for you lvls to return to normal.
