Thank you for your responses!!
I think that I??m sold on the idea of giving up steroids because I??m not old enough. The problem that I have is that I am a hard gainer.
Let me post my workout routing and if you guys see anything that should be changed, please let me know.
I always do 3 different exercises to work each area and keep it at 3 sets and 10 reps.
Mondays : Chest, biceps
tuesdays: run a mile and do sprints
Wednesdays: Biceps, Back
Thursdays: Run a mile and do sprints
Fridays: Shoulders and legs
Saturdays and Sundays: I take it off?
I avoid as much fat as possible and fast foods like mc Donalds? I eat a lot of pasta , rice, chicken and corn… Please give me more feedback on diets and criticize my workout routine, if there is something that I need to change.

thank you guys…

You don’t necessarily need guys on the Steroids forum to help you with your training and diet. This website is absolutely loaded with that info already. Start reading and studying. Your posts suggest you’ve done very little. Don’t be lazy and quit asking to be spoon fed.[/quote]

Totally agree. So, out of the three things you could manipulate (Training, Diet, Anabolics) you pick the most expensive and least impactful method for your age? Read the articles. Pick a program - ANY program - and don’t be afraid to gain an inch of waist size. The total truth is that if you do both things (i.e. lift hard and eat a lot of protein, fats and carbs), you’ll grow like a weed. Most guys on this board would love to have the potential to build muscle at the low bodyfat that you can.

rgw- you listed off a whole lot of carbs and only 1 protein source. You need some eggs and red meat in there! I think that eating red meat is one of the best ways to help gain weight and muscle.

If you’re lacking on the cals for a certain day don’t be affaird to hit up some fast food! I eat fast food several times a week for the extra cals and I still stay at 10-11% bodyfat (and I’m trying 2 up that!)

Hey Bushi-
How many grams of BCAA’s do you take a day? I know I take them when I wake up, before lunch, during workout, and at night. Each time I take the single serving of Biotest BCAA’s.

isn’t there weight gainer shakes you can take?

In addition to eating more.

Eating more can’t be that hard. I would love to be able to do that.
