Things You’ve Always Wondered About

Man, I don’t understand why Americans get mad so easily. Like seriously, I have watched enough prank videos from both US channels and Italian ones to tell for sure that statistically you guys react way, way worse to virtually any kind of prank. Not an attack in any way, but do y’all just like to put up fights?

I think it’s more that there’s a hypermasculine culture here (for some of us) and being scared - or in this case, tricked into looking gay - threatens that masculinity. So, they beat their chest a bit. In my experience, 99% of people looking for a fight are only interested in looking like they’re looking for a fight. Then when they run into that 1/100 guy who’s not to be trifled with, they’ve got nothing to say, usually because they’re in the middle of getting beaten to a pulp.

Of all the fights I never got into, this was the reason.

of all the fights I HAVE been in, it’s because I was defending myself against an asshole who most likely was just beating his chest and I wasn’t waiting around to get the answer … ain’t no one likes getting punched first

How many people have issues simply because they’ve be convinced they have issues and the solution to those issues are completely within their onus of control, but because they imagine some external factor causing those issue, they think they have no control over it. Simply because someone somewhere convinced them of their victimhood

I’ve always wondered why NBA players don’t help someone from the opposing team when someone falls to the ground. On a turnover and someone falls to the ground, I can understand that. But when the play stops and someone near you is on the ground, why don’t they bother to help them up just because the guy is on the other team? Is it really that hard to lend a hand? It’s a sport, geez…

Note: not really a fan so I don’t know if I’m using the basketball terms correctly

It’s a competition and it would waste your energy

Also it benefits your team for them to waste energy

Lol why does everyone on this site hate me.

My dad said some pretty harsh shit to me for a lot of my life, and he loved me. I wish he was still here so I could hear some harsh shit when I get to feeling bad for myself.

I feel like this was maybe misinterpreted.

I could’ve phrased it better

Why Lacrosse players seem to like 5/3/1 much.

How can someone be disciplined to eat the same thing everyday? I ate chicken and rice for three days straight and got tired of it. Luckily my mom brought home burger king yesterday and chick-fil-a today.

By changing their perspective about eating … food should nourish and not a form of entertainment … eat for a goal other than pleasure

For me, it’s not discipline, it’s pure laziness. I find meals that I like and stick to them because it’s easy. Case in point: I’d only been at school for 3 weeks before the servers at the salad place started making my order before I called it out.

  • I take the same attitude towards clothing and shoes, which is why I had been wearing clothes bought in 6th grade up until August when my mom practically forced me to get a new wardrobe.
Honestly, there’s some pretty big drawbacks to my mindset, but that’s my 2 cents. There’s also very little reason to have the “discipline” to stick to the same meals anyways IMO

I ate the exact same meals for about 3 months. Best gym progress I’ve ever made, now I can hardly eat chicken.

Something I e recently heard via video from a pro that really hit a cord with me.

If you want to be big, eat like a dog. Same food, same amounts, same times, over and over and over again.

I’ve honeslty thought about blending my food in a blender and just chugging it with my nose closed.
