I don’t have that much free time every day.
You dont shower?
I will be 60 years old next month. All the hot water in the shower would be long gone by the time I rubbed one out and I wold be late for work.
Okay fair enough.

HOWEVER as someone in the medical field for over 20 years.

Daily ejaculation keeps down benign prostate hypertrophy. Its a muscle and you have to work it.

Daily Cialis might help with that.
You are a noobie. I started working in the Texas Med Center in 1976.

No problems at all getting an erection. It just takes a long time for the money shot to happen. Besides I like to save up volume for the weekend.
Which Texas Med Center?

I dont mind being a noobie to seasoned veterans.

You have to remember on here the true amount of people who have medical knowledge is very low. 90% plus is bro-science.

Looks like Derek is rubbing one out now.

Green jello enemas. (I’m part of that 90% plus.)

The one thing I have ever seen that looked strongly, statistically proven to make you live longer is caloric restriction. Do intermittent fasting, keep your calories as low as possible, and be really small. You’ll maximize your life span. However I think it goes without saying that all of us here will pass on such an existence. Maximizing life span does not necessarily equal “maximizing your life”.
Yep that one is probably more useful than what most have said in this thread so far but doesn’t go well with the bodybuilding lifestyle. The real secret to living long is don’t take longevity advice from people under 50 which is probably everyone in this thread.
Have to agree.

That is why I listen to some of my dad’s old friends, who basically suggest:

Fuck everything in sight, no matter the prospect of rejection.

Never settle for lousy food.

Don’t take shit from no one.

Fart, burp, scratch your balls any place anytime you feel like it.

Don’t let that bitch hog the remote.

Spray your neighbor with the hose when his dog decides to take a shit on your lawn and not clean it up.

Make sure you are buried face down, so the world can kiss your ass.

Wrestle a Bear. Everyone needs to wrestle a bear once in their life.

The Texas Medical Center. There is only one.

The one in San Antonio is Brooke Army Medical Center

The one in Dallas is Parkland Medical Center

The one in Galveston is UT MB.

The Texas Medical Center is Best Medical Center. It’s in Houston.

Electronics repair. It has nothing to do with nutrition or patient care. The only thing I know about nutrition or living a healthy lifestyle I have learned from T Nation, and from talking to size large or size really large nurses. And I don’t much trust the nurses. Hahaha!

Yea I agree there.

May I just say, apropos of absolutely nothing, that I love reading patient charts? It’s a huge unexpected benefit of switching to a medical setting.

What do you love about it?

 • I’ve never actually seen a patient’s chart.

Can we please stay the fuck on target here?

It’s interesting for me to see the interplay of physical and mental health. It’s a whole new world for me to explore in terms of my work. It’s also fascinating for me to compare my own experience of life with others’ through their medical histories. I’m lucky in that regard.

Laughter.

…My grandfather lived to 87 having smoked 40 a day for 50 years, survived a polio outbreak and getting blown up by a V1 in WW2 among other stuff. (He died with emphysema and a tumour -so if wasn’t for the smokes I reckon he would have made 100)

He said you should laugh at life and surround yourself with colour and upbeat people. One of his mottos was “laugh and the world laughs with you cry and you cry alone”.

Also didn’t hurt that he married a smiley Italian girl who was very subservient, feminine and a great cook. He might have been on to something.

Yes, laughter. I agree.

Right?

As soon as water hits it, it turns into superglue. You get out of the shower and there’s a glop on your thigh you didn’t even know about.

Get married.

Old ladies make old men go to the doctor more often than they otherwise would on their own.

Jesus what are you a spider monkey? Are you running around in the shower.
