Am I the only one doesn’t like to rub one off in the shower? Always leaves it bloated.

Agree with everything so far except for the poster who doesn’t have time to ejaculate every day.

To the list I would add get 8+ hours of sleep every night and walk a lot. Many say 10,000 steps a day.

Drink 1/2 gallon of room temperature water everyday
Eat 1 red grapefruit a day
Drink at least 1 cup of coffee a day
Eat Kale
smoke weed
lift weights daily
walk/sprint
don’t ever jog
breathe at least about 1,000 breaths outside daily
laugh
initiate decisions that affect your life
create something

I like this list

See Derek’s post.

Drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day and floss your teeth.

I will be 60 years old next month. All the hot water in the shower would be long gone by the time I rubbed one out and I wold be late for work.

Apparently there is some study that shows that running over a certain distance is actually detrimental to cardio vascular health. Im not 100% sure, but I think it might be 20 miles a week.

Okay fair enough.

HOWEVER as someone in the medical field for over 20 years.

Daily ejaculation keeps down benign prostate hypertrophy. Its a muscle and you have to work it.

Daily Cialis might help with that.

I multitask.

I would do it driving to work but that might cause a wreck.

There are no rules and everything is guess work.

The one thing I have ever seen that looked strongly, statistically proven to make you live longer is caloric restriction. Do intermittent fasting, keep your calories as low as possible, and be really small. You’ll maximize your life span. However I think it goes without saying that all of us here will pass on such an existence. Maximizing life span does not necessarily equal “maximizing your life”.

"you’ve seen this entertainment through and through you have seen your birth, your life, your death…you may recall all the rest. Did you have a good world when you died? -enough to base a movie on??? Jim Morrison, not the best role model, but live you life based on this concept.

Moderation in all things, including moderation. If you spend you life worrying about what might kill you, that burger, that drink, etc., you’ll never really live.

DO NOT FOLLOW THE TRADITIONAL AMERICAN DIET! Eat when you are hungry, eat higher quality meats, eggs, rice (if you have to carb-up) instead of bread and per-tat-oes.

Train as if you are preparing for war, and you plan to win.

If you drink, (I god dammed do and I am great at it!) trade in beer for liquor ASAP. Drink something quality and real. If you have to bury vodka with 7 different Kool-Aid flavors, maybe you shouldn’t drink anything.

Do something positive for yourself and something good for your neighbor. It is good for the soul and karma is an investment.

Yep that one is probably more useful than what most have said in this thread so far but doesn’t go well with the bodybuilding lifestyle. The real secret to living long is don’t take longevity advice from people under 50 which is probably everyone in this thread.

Fixed

You MIGHT do all those things, then get run over by a bus.

You are a noobie. I started working in the Texas Med Center in 1976.

No problems at all getting an erection. It just takes a long time for the money shot to happen. Besides I like to save up volume for the weekend.
