I think they were mesmerized from looking at the strength, looking at the strength, looking at it

I don’t actually know where to put this.

Best nutritional information ever:

Why don’t you eat chicken?
Weak bird

My younger son has a carer at day care named Bradley.

My son can say Brad or Bradley. Bradley refuses to be called Brad and my son refuses to say Bradley.

So, he’s come up with Grugley and now refuses to call him anything else. Gets me every time.

Looks an awful lot like a high handled trap bar deadlift.

From a deficit! :joy:

No! The end result is the same as a high handled trap deadlift.

It just has the appearance of a Rube-Ginsberg device.

Who knows though? It might serve some function.

And scraped shins.

It’s honestly not unprecedented. Paul Anderson used something like stevedore hooks to pull 1000lbs. Being able to make it a neutral grip there makes it pretty interesting.

The neutral grip as well as allowing for more knee flexion make that lift different than a normal deadlift. A trap bar does those things as well, but doesn’t allow for the grip width to be adjusted. That said, I would worry about the bar swinging.

I’m sure they have a purpose. I think Joe Defranco is a big fan from a couple of videos I’ve seen. I just had to chuckle at the significant deficit + handles that reduce ROM.

The height of the plates seems the same as the length of handle strap. Wouldn’t look as cool if she was just stood on the floor.
