There’s this guy in the gym (mid 30s former football player), who has some idea of what proper training looks like (squats heavy to depth, deadlifts with good form), but does some pretty stupid things sometimes.
Anyways, he decided to work abs yesterday by having Mr. Half Squatter drop a medicine ball on his stomach 
Today, Mr. Half squatter decided to do abs too… guess which exercise he chose…
