Very true. The best humor is usually in the details that no one pays attention to. I love Mel Brooks. I’ve probably seen Spaceballs 150 times and just realized about a month ago that the beginning reads “Chapter 11”. I nearly peed myself cause I never caught that before.
Also, you’re a music guy. That makes you decent by default. 
I love a good fat kitty! We have 2. Zorro likes to rub his butthole on my head. Not sure why I’m the only one he does it to. Lol

Spaceballs was brilliant…watched it on VHS at least 200 times as a kid… Then my older brother taped some big bush porno over it like a scum bag… lost forever… but I prefer the Monty Python style or Cheech and Chong… Spies Like Us … Holy Grail … Up in Smoke

OMG I love Monty Python! The life of Brian kills me!!! Holy Grail is an obvious classic. But the song at the end of life of Brian is probably one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.
I chuckle when newer members will comment to someone on a post… when the post is 10 plus years old and the indvidual hasn’t been seen since.
Not all of us have been here for 80 years.
Apparently indviduals dont notice the date stamp in the right corner of every post it seems.

Very true. But I will say that it’s a bummer sometimes when I read old threads because there are some conversations that I would have liked to have been a part of. Like there is one that is very hateful of Birkenstocks… And one of the ones you are referring to had a great conversation about the Marvel shows on Netflix. I had actually forgotten about Iron Fist. Thankfully. Lol.
There was a formal poster on here when I first started i avoided. Now that im old and my give a damn is broken. I wouldn’t mind taking him to task.

I’m slowly learning which posters to avoid and which ones are fun to poke at a bit. But I think there are some former members that I would have truly enjoyed.
