I’m researching cluster dextrin’s affects on performance and writing an article on it. To save my brain from all the PhD-speak in the studies, I like to keep a window open on my computer for complete nonsense that makes me laugh. It’s a great strategy! :grinning:

Smelly Butt Explorer does feel a little too dirty for a kid’s insult generator.

Filthy Dong Tunnel is also choice.

Squishy Poop Wizard is both whimsical and gross. I like that juxtaposition when violating the senses.

Edit. Looked it up: cushy government job

Diversity hire.

She is an embarrassment to the legal profession. Not because of her views - because she is an idiot and speaks like an uneducated moron in a professional setting.

A lot of states have special programs to guarantee minorities a spot in state law schools that are not qualified, if they complete some remedial bullshit 10-12 week course.

They could have a shit GPA and shit LSAT and they are given a spot. In TN, it is called the TIPS program. In my starting class we had 12 of them from that program - 1 finished and it took him 6 years on a remedial special track.

I hate woke SJW trash like this. It takes away from qualified people and from minorities that are actually qualified and excellent.

Would you say the one that made it though was qualified at the end? I assume he was not on par at the start, which is why it took him 6 years? If it took him an extra 2 years, but he showed an understanding of the subject and competence at the end, I wouldn’t consider that individual as a failure. He seemed to at least show a high level of tenacity.

I agree here. Another sinister thing about these programs which puts people into programs they don’t qualify for is that these people are often left without a degree, but a good portion of the debt they would have if they had finished the degree. But without the degree, it is much harder to pay off that debt.

The programs are also inherently racist. Not just against white / Asians. It is racist against blacks in that it is assumed they are not capable, that they can’t succeed without tilting the scales. As you said, this hurts the qualified people from these groups.

3 extra years. He should not have even been there. He was babied and coddled and allowed to repeat courses, etc. Completely destroys credibility with your degree IMO also. It is an advanced and respected degree and should be held to a high standard always.

And no, he was awful and I cringed every time he answered anything in any class we shared. I honestly felt bad for him it was so bad and awkward. I really don’t even know how he passed and graduated.

He never passed the bar that I am aware of.

Working hard is a good quality, but…

To be fair, This woman is a second generation lawyer who graduated cum laude from Howard and passed the Georgia bar in '96.

I have to admit, it kinda does sound like a Three 6 Mafia rhyme.

But every southern lawyer has an accent and uses ridiculous idioms and colloquialisms.

Makes sense.

Bar passages rates up until the 2008 downturn were like 99% everywhere. If you showed up, you passed.

She may not be dumb, but why talk and act like you are? It is pathetic.

No, they don’t lol.
