Ohh… that explains the blood part!
Based on the general content of this thread, I was wondering if my ignorance was preventing me from catching the punchline ![]()

@punnyguy new joel seedman videos are out, and they’re better than ever.
Yes, that’s titled “Zercher Squats Eyes Closed on Tidal Tank and Terra Core”
This one features “Eccentric Isometric Pushups Holds with Bilateral Hip Adduction on Flex Discs” and I have no idea what’s happening, but it’s genius.
And should you want to master your agility,
Joel’s got you covered.
The actual fuck is going on here. These have to be spoofs, right?
Does he not have any actual athletes? Why is his mum modelling all the “exercises”?
That Tidal Tank thing looks like a great way to make Dan John’s 10 buck “slosh pipe” really, really expensive and less effective.
Haha some of these I’d pay to watch some random
Gym people get set up and do ![]()

And I’m going “Domo arigato! Mr. Roboto!”
the whole freakin time!
Mr. Seedman must have missed rollerskating in the early '80s.
Other thing that made me chuckle earlier in the week.
Kiddos gym teacher assigned that they “make up a work out” using one of their favorite books. To do this you take some common words like him, her, they, with, and assign them a movement and reps. At the end of the page, you tabulate and do those movements/reps.
So kiddo constructs this work out using “The Good Egg” as the template, and it was a real ball buster. Like 10 pushups for “the” and the like. It took us 40 minutes and we ended up doing a ridiculous number of pushups, crunches, jumping Jack’s and high knees. ![]()
Just when I though you couldn’t make bosu ball squats look like a good exercise.
I find it interesting that the person demonstrating this exercise has little to no muscle mass.
Looks like pwn’s blog needs a new signature image ![]()
He does, and he’s making them do 90 degree (which is not parallel, it’s 90 degrees not factoring in ankle flexion, so it ends up above a half squat) completely knee-initiated pause squats with one leg slightly behind and 315 on the bar. This is a linebacker for the bucs, and it’s difficult to see why he’d be doing this.
Best part of every video is “niiiiiiice”
Made me Google the word agility, just to double check I had, all these years of my life, understood the word correctly, yes, I do understand the word correctly, so what in the world is that to do with agility?!
Seriously… Is all his coaching now done whilst insanely high?!
Man, these are amazing. Best part maybe is that the recommended videos after each clip are from Bugenhagen and Thrall. Youtube should know better.
@flappinit Thanks for these! I laughed hard.
It’s because you have to learn to Pile Higher & Deeper.
Same thing I thought. The guys who wrote Dodgeball couldn’t come up with anything more absurd than that.
I think I would rather do the water tank squat things in a field of mosquitos.
Is this the medically acceptable equivalent to bleaching one’s anus?
Imagine going on a hike and coming over one of those hills to be greeted with that view…
What would that do to your well-being, be some serious PTSD going on after that.
In the park I go hiking and foraging in, I run into much more than that at least once a year. ![]()
I avoid the regular hang outs (kiddo in tow) which are easy to spot (gay porn and bottles of lube scattered around), but every so often you come down the path and round the bend, right into it.
I’m intrigued. Must be quite a show
