First time at a new gym today on a new sweet row machine. It was plate loaded, grabbed the plates off the side holders and loaded it up. Turns out I took the weights OFF the machine and placed them ON TO the holder About knocked myself over when I cranked on an empty handle.
Also had some wild dual cable lat pull down. Figured Iād just use one of the cables⦠pulled the pin to adjust weight and the bar came down and hit me in the back of the head
