Be a lot more defensible it it wasn’t an official mural by the government.
I’m also unclear how a Democrat Mayor can get away with using taxpayer dollars to fund what is really just a giant money raising scheme for the DNC. (100% of all donations to Black Lives Matter go to Act Blue — the general election fund for the DNC.)

Has BLM the organization copyrighted BLM, or Black Lives Matter? Or did they purposefully not so that those terms could be used anywhere without distinctly meaning the BLM organization?
