Hey Thibs I finally bought a prowler 2 after 6 months of debating but my blast straps from elite fts are too short got any recommendations? is a trx or rings better for pulling the prowler?

Really? I’ve got the same straps…they adjust out to be pretty long…

It’s the easiest to plan because it’s pretty darn close to regular bodybuilding training. Lats, biceps and abs work with relatively high rep sets (6-12), you can use density techniques such as supersets, tri-sets, rest/pause, etc. You can also include static hold after every rep (2 seconds) or at the end of a set (max time).
