Coach,
For your superhero complex program, my gym is small and I cant secure all the equipment at the same time for a circuit. will doing one exercise at a time and then moving to the next after 4-6 sets give the same results as doing as a circuit?
Hey Thib! I really like and admire your work.
Q: How does one acquire a wide-looking chest (as oppossed to that narrow, thick, rounded look we see so often)? An example of would be Bradley Coooper in A-Team (image attached).
Whatās the secret? Incline work for upper chest, as some say? Low body fat to show the edges of the muscle?
Yes, Iāve read your articles about chest specialization and hollistic chest development. Should one combine your width and upper chest exercises? Which exercises to go for? How about home exercises using push up stands and dumbbells?
@CT
I am 15 years old. I have a little training experience from JV football and a gym membership. I want to start training the Olympic lifts more and still get a good looking body from it. I do not need to lose much weight at all, I just need to gain muscle. Could you please write me a program to start on using the Olympic lifts and a few assistance lifts in order to build overall strength as well as a balanced muscular physique? Thanks you in advance!
