Would two scoops of Surge be a definite no no in your current dieting situation pre/post workout? And could you give me a substitution for turkey in your diet.
nice
Do you currently have a protein shake during your workout or just leave sups for before/after you lift?
Edit: Disregard question, I read the whole thread

I’m about the change my own workout supplementation since Biotest is sending me a new product to test (a no-carbs post-workout drink).
So it will likely be:
SURGE Workout Fuel 1/2 scoop prior to training
SURGE Workout Fuel 1/2 scoop during training
Anaconda 1 serving post workout

So I’m guessing Anaconda is the name of this new PWO no carb drink. Is it just full of Glutamine?

Actually it doesn’t have glutamine in it. It is WAY more sophisticated than anything available or anything I could even come up with.

Seems like another few grand to send Biotest’s way!

You guys have been waiting for Anaconda for a while huh?
If you think about it from a business point of view, it’s actually an incredible product. With so many people training on a low carb diet now-adays, a specific PWO drink for them will boost sales, along with sales of SWF and whatever else comes out in the next 6 months.
And with the current economic climate, all these new product release sales ensure that Biotest don’t go backrupt during the up-coming US recession.
Very smart, can’t wait to see what’s in this stuff!

I thought from rumors it would be a muscle builder along the lines of MAG-10, 11-T, etc
I hope Anaconda comes out in December, I’ll get getting a Biotest gift certificate for Christmas.
Thib’s how much would your caloric intake drop on a day that you don’t lift? You said you take in 2400 calories when dieting, would this drop to 2000 on a day you don’t workout?

It wouldn’t make sense for it to be a muscle building supplement when 11-T is already on the market and does a great job.
Let the Carb sensitive amoung us have this one!

you do realize it’s December right? ![]()
and to LR- just b/c we already have 11-T, doesn’t mean something else along the same results wouldn’t be nice
5 girlfriends would be nice, but sometimes we have to make do with 1 ![]()
I know where you coming from, it’s just that this Anaconda will allign with my current training goals.
I’ll be wanting a muscle builder when the time comes.

Thibs,
Is there a massive difference between Glutamine Peptides and L-Glutamine apart from the price?
Did you get your new PWO stack yet? How’s it working out?

CT,
Hows things going on your end, re training and dieting? Current stats?
I imagine with work and your wedding coming up, you would be fairly busy…
Take care.
GJ
I opened a second office and I often have clients from 7am to 7pm, plus my online clients and wedding coming up. However I find that sticking to my diet is much easier in that kind of situation because I am so busy that I don’t think about food or get cravings.
Training is another story though. I do find time to train 4 times per week, but the overall volume is lower than what I normally do because of time constraints.[/quote]
Why don’t you create more time?
