Thib, where do you buy your glycine I cant seem to find it and also the Ultra HCL 3.0, is that that much better than the ones I could probably find at the vitamin store?

I take Power Drive after my workouts and vitamin C before my workout. I don’t post every single thing that I take, it would be too long and it varies from day to day.

hey i read that you currently take about 60grams of bcaas around your workout and that you will increase to 100 grams. because of this do you have to increase your fat intake or lower your protein throughout the day so that your body doesnt get use to using protein as a fuel. Or is this oky because its around workout time and protein synthesis is higher so you can get away with this.

Respect your peri-workout, are made with aminocids and whey. How do you count bcaa, glutamine, etc in your caloric intake? Inside your intake of 1,5 grams of protein/pound of bodyweight?

I’m not inside of 1.5g/pound. I’m closer to 1.75 - 2.0g.

Once your body is adapted to use fat for fuel it is possible to raise protein without risking of using it as your primary fuel source, as long as fat intake is sufficient.

BCAA’s consuming during a workout ARE used for fuel, at least in part. That’s because they bypass the normal digestive process and are basically metabolized in the muscle (which is why it’s possible to consume large doses at one time).
The fact that the BCAA’s are used for fuel IS a benefit, especially when in a fat-loss phase as it will spare the little muscle glycogen that I have.

Honestly what does it matter? To be honest I rarely if ever measure my bodyfat, I prefer to go by the mirror. I have veins on my abs and striation on my chest and shoulders, that’s good enough for me.
