Those sqts sure are impressive. How long do you rest between them?

Hi J. My squats days have about 34 sets, and take about an hour and 14 minutes, so they average a bit over 2 minutes each. The lighter sets go quickly, so they are loading the weight, walk a bit, and go. The heavy sets – 100, 110, 125 k have about 3 minutes or so rest, depending how I am managing.

Keeping our environment clean is a requirement for acquiring a calm mind. The cleaning process itself can be regarded as a powerful form of meditation.

Squats. Working towards 10x3, each set followed by 5 reps heels raise with barbell still on shoulders, THEN 15-30 secs rest before the next set. 40 k for 9 sets.

Training time 1 hour and 15 minutes.

At home 7 sets of 25 abdominal isolations.

I find cleaning to be quite therapeutic.

Well done Beth. And of course this cleaning can become the most intense meditation by awareness of, and refinement to, each movement and process.
