Just wondering if anyone knows of any good thermogenics available in Australia? As we know just about everything is illegal here and the only thing I see is that dietry Fatblaster and fatblaster max.
Are these crap or do they actually work? Any other suggestions? If you have used them can you let me know how effective they were for you.
There are NO effective legal fat burners in Australia. Never heard of fatblasters so I don’t know what the ingredients are. If you want the cheapest fatburner, L-Tryosine + No Doz tabs (caffeine tablets available from the pharmacy).
I used a homemade ECA stacker made from 2 No Doz 200mg caffeine, 1 Sudafed 60 mg Pseudoephedrine, 1 Aspirin 300mg with a glass of Grape fruit juice. The naringen in GF juice which gives it its bitter taste is reported to be a fat metaboliser. There is info in search engines, its just a case of sifting through the supplement ads and trying different keywords.
The ingredients for Fatblaster Max are the following:
Chitosan
HCA (Brindleberry)
Gymnema Sylvestre
Chromium
Psyllium
Citrus Aurantium/Guarana/Willow Bark
These are about $49 for 60 tabs which sounds pretty expensive to me.
Flatbaster Max, expensive CRAP in my opinion. You will probably get the same effect, if not greater by taking a multivitamin, drinking a strong coffee and eating some grapefruit. Do a search here on T-Mag for natural fatburners or thermogenics and then draw your own conclusions.
I went awesome, was doing Muay Thai training at the time. The best thing is not only the fat melting off like water, but the focused intensity it gives you. I was super focussed and super aggressive whenever someone came between me and my goals. Weak immune system (wether it was from the stacker or hard training I cant say) and stomach upsets early on. Training was too late in the day. Got used to it though.
Go to your GP and tell him you have the 'flu. Ask him to prescibe Ephedrine HCL. Tell him you have used it before and it’s the only thing that works for you.
If that doesn’t work, add to it by saying that you’re a casual employee and you can’t afford to miss days off work. Then say Ephedrine is the only thing that will make you well enough to get out of bed.
If that doesn’t work, just go to another GP and try again.
