Front Squat: 205-295. 5 sets
Back Squat: 295-355. 6 sets
Deadlift: 365-405. 3 sets
Ab rollout: 1x5x-
Very little coughing, but back spasmed like a motherfucker. I had to lay down for like, two or three minutes in between sets of squats. As it was, just doing this took me 70 minutes, and I cut short my deadlift because my back started hurting during the lifts.
The reduction in ab rollout numbers reflects that I’ve been focusing on doing quality reps, so I’ll move out an extra foot, and that extra foot makes a big difference in the tension in my belly. I think its leading to some level of back rounding, but I’m not sure how well that translates into the back pain I’m experiencing. Time will tell.
Military Press: 115-195(2+1). 6 sets
Bench Press: 185-275. 10 sets
Joints HURT!! Will take 2x dosage Flameout tonight, maybe will continue this in future. I probably just need to get mwoar sleep (getting 6-7 currently) but don’t think that’ll be happening.
No back pain. This is a plus, though I don’t usually get back pain when pressing.
Shoulders felt made out of Glass and Glue. Not fun. Much warm-up, still hurt a lot. Barely got up 275.
Military Press: 115-185. 8 sets
Bench Press: 185-275. 10 sets. hit 285 for 2 reps, but then the gym closes. Like, they turn out the lights and I decide not to chance a third rep.
1-leg Standing Calf Raise: 3x15x-
Well deserved PR. Took me long enough. Since my top working weights are roughly 90% of my 1RM, I feel confident that my Deadlift and Bench goals are within reach. I need to figure out a way to get the lifts filmed, pick a time and date to do them, and start working my squat like nobody’s fucking business.

I figured I was making pretty good progress, having added 100 lbs to my deadlift, 70 pounds to my bench, and probably about 30-40 lbs to my squat in less than a year.
And then I check your log and find that you’re repping 455 on the squat.

I hate you. Don’t take it personally :)[/quote]
Hahahah <3. I’m just a fat kid now don’t even stress. Besides, the kid standing behind me could’ve repped it out easily with no grunting!
