I’m sorry for those of you still checking this log waiting for something new to happen. Its likely going to be the same old numbers, and the only thing that’ll be changing is my weight/waist. Its actually less boring doing the stuff than it is reading it, believe it or not.
Ab Rollout: 1xSome

1ArmRopedown: 50-90 (no idea what settings). 5 sets

EFX machine because of the indigestion from yesterday, I didn’t want to be too far from a bathroom. So I went there instead of trying to sprint in the grass and possibly shitting all over myself.

Maybe you mentioned this in the beginning, but are you straining for something in particular, some ultimate goal or date?

Hell yeah! I’m trying to drop weight. When I hit the 3/4/5 earlier on in the thread (close to last christmas) I weighed 290. I’m trying to lean down to a six-pack, which I guesstimate I’ll have accomplished when I get down to 220. I’m on track to hit 240 this Monday, so I’m making good progress. Until then, the weight-training is really just to keep my strength up while my diet and cardio do the bulk of the work on burning up the extra fat.
So yeah, trying to have a six-pack by christmas 2011, while keeping my previous levels of strength. Thats the goal.

Back Squat: 305-355. 6 sets

Coughing in between sets like I used to when I smoked. I don’t smoke anymore. Not sure why this has been happening, but its been happening since Monday.
Legs felt like lead at the beginning of sprints. They felt a little better at the end. Not much. Lungs felt dead.
Set of dudes squatting after me warmed up to 5 plates. I was excited, until I see them drop to 3-4 inches above parallel. Then I frowned, saddened.
