The Worst DL Form Ever

The best is when he’s walking back to the camera so proud of himself. Maybe he’s full of pride from causing that poor bar to have a screetching, knurling dulling orgasm.

That’s too bad to be real…isn’t it?

Maybe he’s lifting at home b/c he tried this at a gym and they told his ass to go home for good after seeing his form.

I think it is a joke too… look at how he handles the weight on the way down… this is not heavy at all for this guy, he is just joking and you bite his bait…

Reminds me of a monkey f@cking a football.

Bingo.

i don’t know what to say. but the theory that it was a joke could be true, but if that’s how he does his DLs…he should schedule trips to the PT ASAP.

I think that the biggest feat of strength he ever did was being able
to walk after that. He’s gonna see
a rack-n-crack, lol.

I actually post at another site and a guy there claims to be the one in the video, and that he did it as a joke. Who knows though.

Looks like a parody of a DW deadlift. Seriously the guy dropped it down like it was nothing, if it took that horrible form to get that weight up you would HAVE to drop it.

I watched again, and I don’t think it’s a joke. He slid the bar down his legs to control it, just the opposite of the way he hitched it up. As far as the arm bending goes, if you’re resting the bar on your thighs, sure you can bend your arms as you hitch it back up. If I saw a vid where he actualy lifted the weight with good form I may believe he posted it as a joke, but until then I’ll think he’s just covering his ass because it is a ridiculously bad lift.

I doesn’t seem like a joke - the bar sounds like it totally stops when he begins the “lift.”

A few years from now someone will see this guy in a wheelchair. It will turn out though that the guy never had an injury in his life from deadlifting but ended up witha broken back after a car accident.
Nope; he’ll herniate three discs from bending over to pick up a pencil, or he’ll wake up some morning and won’t be able to move his legs because of cauda equina syndrome.

Man, he’s a plastic man

well. maybe he just did not know better ? it looks easy for him… but what horrible form. even tough if it was a joke, he must be out of his mind. i would not lift like that not even with an unloaded barbell.

That’s what I thought half way through watching it. Sure they ain’t fake plates or something and he’s having a lend of us all? When he’s jiggling the weight around at the top of the lift he seems to be doing it pretty easily IMO.

Thats why I never believe how much someone claims to DL until I see them actually do it.

ROFLMAO!!!

im laughing at all you moops who actually think that it’s real. are you all so weak and small and lacking in lifting sense and experience that you can’t tell it’s parody?!

holy fuck…

Even parodied that looks really bad for your back; looks like he’s got around 200 lbs on the bar. That isn’t much, but you could still easily injure yourself doing that kinda shit.

thats the funniest thing ive seen since the douchebag doing those cable crossovers.
Yah I remember that one! He was coming off the ground! LOL!

This DLing was some crazy shit! He’ll be in a wheelchair soon no doubt!

What really sucks is we all just watched it and gave this guy a higher rank, whatever that’s worth.
