This is my fucking world and I will tell you about it while I take a dump on the toilet. Why am I writing this on the toilet? Because it is my FUCKING world!
Terry eats the same FUCKING way everyday and makes a slight FUCKING change when he is gonna hit the gym. Here is his FUCKING daily menu for maintenance. I hover around 193 lbs.
FUCKING BREAKFAST
2 egg omelette with brocolli and green peppers
2% natural shredded cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2 Flameout capsules
1 multivitamin
FUCKING LUNCH
2 slices HIGH PROTEIN whole grain bread
1 8oz chicken breast
1 slice 2% cheese
Spinach leaves
Smart Balance mayo with Omega 3s
FUCKING DINNER
1 8 oz Steak
Mixed Veggies
Spinach Salad
Flax oil and Apple Vinegar dressing (homemade)
2 Flameout capsules
FUCKING SNACKS
- Mixed Nuts
- Smart Balance Natural Peanut Butter with OMEGA 3s
- On non workout days I have some whey protein with my PB or a can of Tuna with my nuts
** I repeat either 1 or 2 on non workout days a second time for 3 total snacks
FUCKING WORKOUT MEALS
PRE and POST
1 scoop protein powder and 1/2 quart gatorade powder mixed in 8oz. chocolate milk with 3-5 g BCAAS and 3 g glutamine mixed in (3-5g creatine post)
340 cals 4 Fat 57 Carb 25 Pro
DURING (only on heavy days or I will puke)
1 scoop protein with 3-5 g BCAAS 3 g glutamine with 1/2 quart gatorade powder in water
200 cals 1.5 fat 32 carb 17 protein
Thats right! I only have carbs at breakfast, lunch and workout. Why? Because Men eat sandwiches for lunch and oatmeal in the morning thats fucking why!
Now here’s some FUCKING questions!
-
How the FUCK does my world look?
-
Is it important to have a P+C meal 2 hours post workout if I am cutting?
-
Are the calories in my workout meals too high? I read that they should be from 200-300 calories and compared it to Surge calories
-
I do not have fruits because of my multi-vitamin and trying to keep carbs down (relatively). Is this okay? Would Superfood qualm my worries?
-
I workout 4 days a week! I do Heavy Chest and Back, Circuit training chest and back, and the same for legs! I do steady state for 20 minutes after the circuit training and on heavy chest and back day I do sprints in the evening (It is essentially CT’s destroying fat with some tweaks regarding my weaknesses.
But heavy days are usually around 10 sets per body part in the 4-6 rep (primary exercise) 6-8 rep (secondary exercise) but I do only primary exercises for my back since I have an imbalance (I may bump back to 12 sets). I do 2-3 circuits 3 times each (if I can finish them). Does my workout meals allow for this level of activity? 3rd law of muscle says only time eating matters is before during and post workout so I figure that will get me through.
Sorry for all the FUCKING cursing and length!
