Thanks man. I’m actually not natty though, I got up to about 255 then decided to use, I probably should have waited but oh well shrug. The next step is just to keep plugging away and hopefully reach a leaner 290-300 in time for my 21st Bday in May.
WTF! lol I keep forgetting how young you are. 20 years old…damn. Were about the same age, I just always picture a lot of people on here as 25-40 or so and then I find out a ton are in college.
So you’ve obviously got a ton of time to progress. Do you have any long term goals set for weight/bf% and for some lifts?

Thanks. I don’t really have a specific weight I’d like to hit, because every time I hit my goal weight I feel like I need to be bigger. I assume satisfaction will be somewhere in the 300-350 range. And nah, I don’t really have any goals for weights, every time I do that I end up just doing doubles and singles which isn’t going to do as much for muscle growth. So I’m just trying to stay around 4-8 reps and add 5 pounds or so whenever I can.

Thanks bud. I’m not really a fan of posting my workouts/numbers or whatever, but it’s just pretty much all the basic movements with some assistance stuff thrown in as I see fit, nothing special.

Yeah well, it doesnt matter, cos if ya wanna make it to the pro ranks you have to, thats the game. Even 255 at such a young age was a massive leap in the right direction, aas is such icing on the cake to the hard yards youve already put it. Anyways bro, as i said before, keep on inspiring and maybe one day you come to Perth, Australia for a guest posing and ill pay 100 bucks to come see you and introduce myself hahahaha. we can but dream.

LOL. It’s not like he’s “on” 100% of the time. He certainly made huge gains as a natural and is very aware of how to train while not on a cycle.

Yah…I have been on AAS a total of 26 weeks. I have been training for 5 years and 7 months. Going by those statistics, it is obvious my advice should only be applied by those using drugs. Since my experience in that area is sooooooo much greater than my training experience as a natty, it would be foolish for drug free trainees to listen, yet alone apply, anything I suggest.
