It ended well and had some good parts. Wasn’t a complete piece of shit.
I’m hoping the writers get together in the next month and work out something good for the second half of the season.

This is what i thought a couple weeks ago before the show went on break, but looking back on it now, except for 2 episodes, so far this season has been a massive disappointment compared to the first season. It just baffles me how dumbed down and the writing is and all this stagnation is ridiculous.
However, i judge every TV show by the standards of Breaking Bad so its kind of unfair to expect that every other prime time show should have writing that fantastic. lol

Well, you really can’t compare anything to Breaking Bad. That show is in a class by itself.
But, I think that Robert A. is right about Walking Dead suffering because A&E putting most of its money towards Mad Men.
Which I really don’t get. I don’t watch Mad Men, but it has been on for a while. I would think that it would be running its course by now and they should be looking towards new endeavors.
All good shows should end while they are still good and not be dragged out.
I really want The Walking Dead to be good! It has so much potential.

Gonna kill you. Rick style.
Rick Style: Walking straight up to someone, aiming a gun at their forehead, and pulling the trigger. Then walking away like a bad ass as the mid-season finale goes off the air.
Negative, the owner sold the store to a competitor in the summer and gave myself and my coworker next to no warning about it. I essentially went from getting ready for my next day’s shift, to reading an email saying the store would be closed so inventory could be done to prepare the sale for the buyer. I did walk away with some decent severance, some excellent parting gifts, and a knowledge base I still use today though, so no fucks given.
I then took the rest of the summer off so I could enjoy “free time” for the first time in many years, and then I started the job hunt. I just started with a new company last week after many months of disappointments, so I am happy.
As far as why I was gone from this site, I got fairly sick of certain people and questioned whether or not I had a legitimate reason to post here. I still read the articles daily and obviously kept up with my training though. But alas, I am back to spread my delightful brand of humor and hopefully annoy a whole new crop of posters.

You have to ignore the GAL, SAMA, and PWI parts of the site. Trolls, posers, and douchebags can only survive in those three areas.

Oddly enough, that’s where the bulk of my posts are though…
The only other sections I check out are Powerlifting, Beginners, Nutrition, and Conditioning. I feel confident dishing out advice in the Beginners and Nutrition section, but elsewhere I prefer to just take in info and occasionally share my two cents.
Apparently, according to one of the executive producers, next half of the season will have tons more zombies. woot.
“The second half has a couple of fantastic walkers in it. I love the walker in the RV in the first episode, that Andrea kills. I love the well walker. The thing is, being on Hershel’s farm, it’s not like last year where we were running around downtown Atlanta. Hershel’s farm is a little bit of a safe haven. So the advantage is that in the second half of the season we’ll get a little bit more zombie action going. I think it’s gonna be great. I hate that I have to wait for the middle of February for people to see it, because the second half of the season is mind-blowing.”
