Im thinking about to go for the Velocity Diet,but a guy in the gym told me that it is not good for people with low bodyfat?is it true? i have MAXIMUM 8% of bf so is it good for me or will i just lose muscles if i go for the VD diet?

The V-Diet is to shed unwanted fat. At 8% (or less) you don’t have any unwanted fat.

What are your goals? Are you training for a competition or something? I can’t see why you would need to be much leaner for your walking around weight.

He currently weighs 130 lbs and would like to get down to 120 lbs to see the striations in his lower abs ![]()

If you did the V-diet at your BF% I would bet money that you would lose a decent amount of muscle along with the fat.
If you really are 8% and want to get leaner check out the ultimate diet 2.0
