The USA: A Dictatorship!

“Because the addict’s dopamine-driven salience system keeps telling her that something very important is happening, ordinary events appear intensely meaningful. That police car? That song on the radio? That man with a cigarette walking by? They must be part of a massive international conspiracy.”

I am talking about a 50 story building slightly on fire collapsing and the owner on tv saying “we pulled it”. 6 weeks before that the guy gets a 6 billion dollar insurance on that building. I must be paranoid right?

“Kapur calls it “biased inductive logic” – a top-down effort to explain the feeling that everything seems important. The cognitive parts of a schizophrenic’s brain create the paranoid tale in an effort to explain the constant red alert blaring from the dopamine circuits, using any stimuli available. This is why delusions are culturally appropriate. African schizophrenics may fear they’ve fallen under the spell of a shaman, while Kapur’s patients in Toronto think that the Mounties are after them.”

Nobody after me man. They are after your own rights. Funny you play that card all the time. You communist.

“Kapur cautions that this theory is still speculative, but it could support a radical idea: treating schizophrenia with cognitive therapy. If drugs control the overactive dopamine system, patients may then gradually unlearn their delusions.”

Very interesting this is even speculative yet they give the poor people drugs that might help.

Did you see PA2? Did you read it? Anyone that can read is going to draw the conclusion that america has gone to a fascist state. I DARE ANYONE READING THIS TO GO LOOK FOR PA2. After all i am not right and i am totally crazy and all right? How come i am able to discuss all this even offering to take everything back if one shows me PA2 on any official site. Can you? If not, keep attacking me for anything you want. Doesn’t hurt any of my arguments you know.

You can tell a lie a million times it doesn’t suddenly become true.
I am not crazy but you can say it again if you want to. I just won’tt respon to such “utter bullshit”

2 truths to take away for you:

TAKING AWAY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOM WON’T HELP WORTH SHIT FIGHTING TERRORISM. IT FIGHTS AMERICANS.

I agree with your criticism of the patriot act I and II (or more appropriately the quoted ACLU’s version). I hope it is repealed or severely weakened by the next president.

But if your trying to convince others, which appears to be your goal, it is more effective to leave the paranoid conspiracy theories out.

Effective propaganda (whether true or false) has to be believable by most, and understated to incite anger in the reader.

Your arguements are neither, they are paranoid and extreme.

Although I do not like the patriot act, the manner in which you argue against it, is more likely to inspire admiration for it than condemnation of it.

If I were paranoid, I would think you were secretly arguing for it.

Well thank you for checking it out yourself.

Wouldn’t you say that’s downright frightening?

Are you gonna progress to checking out the evidence presented in 911 In planes Sight Directors Cut available as a torrent on a google search, too? I have a strong temper. I have always been that way. What you call conspiracy often describes nothing but soomeone asking honest questions about 911 that need an answer. No suggestions made in that movie. It’s plain what happend on 911. What everyone saw on the news. You will remember seeing all this if you watch this movie. Just listen to what the guy has to say. You know what i can’t blame you. I have been saying the same things as you guys attacking me about all this conspiracy crap that has nothing to do with reality and i watched all that stuff very carefully and always thinking about were i could be manipulated. I wasn’t ready to accept anything presented on there. I figured i would see alot of stupid evidence presented in an appealing way and lies about facts and all that. When i researched anything though i found it to be true. I saw noone pointing the finger or making any suggestions. Just plain facts mostly. I was shocked you know. I tried to debunk most of it. Well some i might be able to but most of it is just what happend. WTC 7 collapsed, a gray plane hit the tower that had something underneath it. CNN said it had no windows, a woman in the streets was shouting that is not american airlines, you can see her lips move it is CNN coverage. CNN interviewed the firemen saying it looked like a controlled demolition. People on every channel talking about explosions. The official story has no gray plane in it. Fire brought down the buildings, there were no explosions. I am just terrified by this stuff really and my mind refuses to blame everything on the CIA. I highly doubted that anyone could carry this out without massive people involved but then again it was posibble with just a small team of loyal people. Check it all out and spread the word around. Once 99% of the people believe something it can’t be called a cosnpiracy any longer right?

I wasn’t gonna talk about this at all but after all Germans not asking questions not talking about what’s going on and all that led to Adolf Hitler and WW2. Don’t you guys let that stuff happen over there. I mean it’s the best country in the world. Try to get the power back people and don’t let them take any more rights.

The USA will not be a dictatorship until I say it is. Please relax, you have like twenty or so years before that happens. Have fun, live life, etc. and love your liberty while you still have it.

There’s a saying: “If you want to know about water, don’t ask a fish.”

Which means that people who live immersed in a thing, cannot truly appreciate a thing. Think about it: how can you really understand what it means to be free if you have never been oppressed? It’s difficult, isn’t it?

Okay. Well lets see… So talk continues just because people dont like Bush. Now if the democrats were in power you probably wouldnt hear a damn thing except maybe a sex scandal. (ie. Clinton) I think that Bush should let terrorist run wild and do as they want, cuz I mean who cares right? Let them do their business while you sit in your home and try not to stir the pot because you might make the terrorists angry. Im so sick and tired of people bashing Bush just because they listen to the media and being wussies. Everyone likes making personal attacks towards Bush, but thats your weakness and one day you will wake up and maybe pull your tampons out and stop being a coward by covering your head, acting as if terrorism will stop by ignoring it. Now i know I am slightly going off topic but whatever. I guess we should have been better off doing nothing after 9/11 or no, actually the american governement killed their own people, that is the sickness i hear. Yeah you live in a dictatorship poor you, why dont you leave than? I was thinking the other day how everyone is always against the USA, but just wait till something big happens in another country and they will be asking the US for help… sad story.

Maybe the US should have not gone to fight Hitler and let him take over all of Europe, cuz you could say well it wasnt US’s War to fight which is the way it is now with whats going on. All I say is fuck it, people will bash Bush and the US either way, but sooner or later other countries will always run back to america crying for help, next time I say let the other country deal with it on their own. If the US did that, I think hitler would have been in control of all of europe by now, so lets all hate the US until we need their help which is when the US should tell em all to fend for themselves. Too many are caught up in the BS. Live free or die. America isnt a place for cowards.

Useless organisation watching over the Bill of Rights. You my friend are a liar.

Son of a bitch! I thought we were destroying america through immigration and the encouragement of multi-culturalism (see the "I Have a Plan to Destroy America thread). Now we are heading towards a dictatorship? Lets all pack up and move to Canada. We could go somewhere else, but our sub-standard education system didn’t do a good job teaching us other languages and our pickup trucks are too big for the roads in England. Then we can all post threads on how screwed those silly Americans are.

I’m hardly your friend, and barely aquanted. We’ve engaged on a forum, and for all I know, you may need your parent’s permission to use the computer.

My opinion about the ACLU is that they have caused more harm than good over things that I’ve paid attention to over the last five years or so. The concept may be good, but their actions have proven otherwise.

If you want look at who may be spreading false information (lies), look inward.

You are an idiot if you really believe terrorist in a cave in Afghanistan pose a threat to your live. What really effects you are the rights you are loosing and the police state forced upon each and every american. PA2 is not science fiction. Only way to fight terrorism is to keep tracking the funding down and getting to the people behind. In the case of Mohammed Atta that would be the CIA sadly, same with Osama. Of cours this is another coincidence.

“Im so sick and tired of people bashing Bush just because they listen to the media and being wussies.”

The media doesn’t accuse him of dictatorship they attacked him on totally different topics. You are being deceived big time. Do you think i don’t honor the brave men in N.O. helping? Do you know who is in N.O. working to make things better? The german civil group called “Technisches Hilfswerk or THW” is getting the water out of there right now. How come my country doesn’t need a FEMA to take care of catastrophic events ,yet you now have an organisation like that with evergrowing powers over military and police at the same time and far greater possibilities and it is doing all but helping in N.O.? The THW is working with U.S. military reserves that finally made it to N.O.
Local police where telling their workers to ignore FEMA orders and not let FEMA take charge of anything because all they did in the first 4 days was fuck everything up. They even cut power lines, kept people from gathering information on who is alive and who is not. There is no database. I am sure no FEMA worker had a labtop? Instead of settimg up a radio to give people direction they say there would be violent rap music. Only people to overrule this would be the president or the head of Homeland Security. Why these people? They are the only ones that can due to the new law in the country. I don’t think the people down there really helping like the doctors etc. have done a bad job in any way
or anything these people will make you believe is the motivation of people like me. I simply can’t understand what kept them from letting a german plane drop 15 tons of first aid packages. They turned it back. The plane leaving and coming back is both mainstream news in germany. Did CNN show that? The red cross was never allowed to go in N.O. They work in Houston now for example. You do not need FEMA or PA2. The president was the person with the biggest power on the planet already.

“Everyone likes making personal attacks towards Bush,”

i never talked about his family or anything personal, but if you believe a man that is barely able to read written speeches is someone that easily gets through Yale you are one hell of an idiot.

“but thats your weakness and one day you will wake up and maybe pull your tampons out”

And you say personal attacks are my weakness? In fact i try to help anyone around me with everything they want to achieve as long as they don’t take other people’s rights along the way or hurt anyone.

"and stop being a coward by covering your head, acting as if terrorism will stop by ignoring it. "

I never said to ignore terrorsim. Bush told the FBI not to investigate, you saw the movie didn’t you?

“Now i know I am slightly going off topic but whatever. I guess we should have been better off doing nothing after 9/11”

Giuliani should have looked into what caused the explosions everyone talked about. Explosive experts and firefighters, airline experts and the like should have had a round table to investigate into what has happend. You should have looked into what caused the steel to melt instead of shipping it away and all that. The public called for investigation what happend? Nothing but speeches on terrorism taking away your own rights.

“or no, actually the american governement killed their own people, that is the sickness i hear.”

There is a number of people that openly called for something like a pearl harbour. After all it is possible and hard evidence would possibly proof the fact that i am completely wrong. Again why does noone investigate all the points brought up by the people of New York that have been on TV alot and all the stuff CNN and ABC for example reported on until they suddenly shut up about everything?

"Yeah you live in a dictatorship poor you, why dont you leave than? "

I live in a democracy just like you used to but i also used to lived in North California and loved it. I still have friends over there and i always loved basketball. I played DB in an american high school. America is a great country and everyone in america has just been awesome. It is not about the people it is about the government.

“I was thinking the other day how everyone is always against the USA,”

you are one paranoid guy, i guess

“but just wait till something big happens in another country and they will be asking the US for help…”

like the people of iraq that asked to be shot and stripped of the atomic bomb they never had. Or the american soldiers killed in the progress to help iraq receive a democracy. Something people over there mostly never even heard about before. Where is the justification now? Do you think it is because of the oil and that it means power to ensure america’s position in the year 2100? Well i am sorry to say that. People will go crazy over this one now i am sure, but there is enough power and resources for 100 years easily. Until then technology will have advanced and oil will not be needed any more. All you need oil for is raging war right now. Batlleships still need Diesel. tanks drive with diesel.

“sad story.”

America needs to be strong and powerful in the world. The whole western world depends on that. Noone argues that. The believes in the bill of rights for example are what i truely believe in not the “anti terrorist war” raging on human rights in america. How does that help?
The president had already been the most powerful man on the planet, why does he need to be a dictator to fight terrorism?

"Maybe the US should have not gone to fight Hitler and let him take over all of Europe, cuz you could say well it wasnt US’s War to fight "

I don’t really see fascist countries taking over the rest of the world now.

"which is the way it is now with whats going on. "

bullshit.

“All I say is fuck it, people will bash Bush and the US either way,”

people are supposed to voice their opinion, you can still make up your own mind, that’s democracy, really.

“but sooner or later other countries will always run back to america crying for help,”

The strong are supposed to help the weak. Reminds me of Chris Tucker:
“A black man will always take pride in something he is supposed to do. they’ll want to get credit for some shit like: I take care of my kids.
Yo’re so posy (spelling?), you dumb motherfucker. Some shit like: iiiii, have never been to jail.
What you want a cookie or something?”

“next time I say let the other country deal with it on their own.”

Do you justify iraq like that in all seriousness?

“If the US did that, I think hitler would have been in control of all of europe by now,”

Actually the russian winter cut him off the needed supplies and so the greater part of his army was gone. He basically ran out of ammo at the same time the U.S. entered the war.
Rockefeller was one of the people that funded hitler. Most money, oil supllies etc. were organized by people from the U.S. on his way to power and after he started raging this war. The Bush’s lost alot of what they gained in the war after the war. They had to give it to the State or face a court for treason. Research the facts.
The US had something like 300 000 soldiers in the war. For your comparison 20 000 000 russian soldiers died in the war agains Hitler, about 10 000 000 french, millions of brits…couple of thousand Americans. I am not saying the U.S. didn’t poerhaps tip the scale in favour of the allied, but not all of the U.S. was doing a good job there getting rid of fascismn (spelling?)

“so lets all hate the US until we need their help which is when the US should tell em all to fend for themselves.”

Nice hate speech. Shows how much you care about others. You don’t even care about your own people enough to look at PA2 and realize it is aimed agains your own beloved and great america.

“Too many are caught up in the BS.”

You are one of them.

“Live free or die.”

So what are you gonna do, did you chose to die now that your freedom is restricted more and more daily and the bill of rights is treated like a piece of shit?

“America isnt a place for cowards.”[/quote]

Being a patriot is a great thing. I’ll pray for you, but you can believe me, i pick my wars and i fight them, you can’t call an upright man a coward. You are the one that fears the chance of being a victim of terrorism, when really only one in a million dies because of a terrorist attack. You need to be afraid of lightning striking you. I say take people’s guns away that will help fight lightning, don’t you think?

If you believe the aclu is really about watching over the bill of rights you may also believe arbeit macht frei.

The ACLU is a disgusting organization. They are responsible for launching a war against all sorts of religious practices. And this in a country where we are supposed to be guaranteed freedom to worship as we see fit.

The ACLU has either prevented or is in the middle of trying to prevent the following:

The public singing of “Silent Night” and other Christmas carols.

Displays of nativity scenes, crosses, and other Christian symbols on public property.

The posting of the Ten Commandments in classrooms or courtrooms.

The words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance and “In God We Trust” on U.S. coins.

Chaplains in prisons and the military.

Prayer in classrooms, locker rooms, sports arenas, legislative assemblies, and at graduation exercises.

Census questions regarding an individual’s religious affiliation.

Accreditation for science departments at Bible-believing Christian universities.

Voucher programs and tuition tax credits.

Public funding for Christian schools.

“Blue law” statutes.

Voluntary Bible reading in public schools … even during free time or after classes.

Tax-exempt status for churches (though the ACLU favors this status for certain occult groups - and themselves).

Pretty bad stuff although i can understand why someone would want some of these things. Some are just bad, i agree but does that automatically mean they havn’t done anything in protecting civil rights? Right now they are doing their share. And i don’t see the connection to cospiracy theorists here. Do you know what occults they still want the state to help funding? They want to seperate state and religion and i am sorry to tell you but even though they are propably wrong on most of these issues none of these things go against the bill of rights or democracy as a system. Can you elaborate on that?
