I think a sawed off shotgun would be a highly effective brain splatterer/anti zombie device.
For clarification, are we talking 1960’s slower than Tim Conway zombies or the more modern super ass kicking zombies that can run the 100 meter in under 7 seconds?

There is just too much info and too many different ideas to make one workout. So the thing to do is pick one that matches your goals and do it for 4 weeks take a week off and try another. Repeat… This is the only way I have been able to figure out what kind of lifts, split, reps, grips, etc… work best for my body.
Thus far my favorites are 5x5, Meltdown1, the growth surge project, the winning formula, and Get Buffed.
Well well well
Never would i know this would descend into a zombie kill fest discussion
I know there is way too much info, but i had this idea, that there must be an underlying trend in the trainers approach to lifting.
A lot of them recommend tbt for instance, so i was thinking maybe there could be a way to link it…
now back to zombie fest(where we last left off, was discussing pros and cons of certain weapons)
You better be careful Pete. I sent my zombies over to the Golds on Route 1. They have been instructed to tie up every piece of equipment you want for the next week.

As DC said, it depends on the person’s goals and body.
Some people needs lots of volume for a bodypart to grow sufficiently, other people don’t. And that is often a part by part case in each person. Then within that you may need more strength, or hit a plateau and need different rep ranges.
I do best on 4 days a week, doing most if not all bodyparts 2x during the week. I have friends who lift 5 and 6 days a week, but I always feel run down training like that.
I would say, generally, that people should eat clean – whether for bulking, cutting or maintaining. But that gets hard when you are consistently eating a lot of food daily.
I come back to this thread to find is all about killing Zombies.
you guys are a strange bunch :)
Actually this thread began the zombie killing discussion because I was unable to come up with a better analogy. I’m never making that mistake again. =)

I thought it was a good analogy -made perfect sense to me (at the time).
