Barbell, Rings, and Bodyweight: Minimalist Training

This is my first training log. Wanted to try it for the new year, and really to do a better overall job of tracking progress. Stats: 5’9", 175 lbs this morning and 45 years old. This is the most I’ve weighed in 10+ years, but only by a few pounds. I’ve been pretty dialed in at 170+/- two pounds for several years.
